Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026 · SolverPro Incorporation, Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.

1. Agreement

By engaging SolverPro Incorporation ("SolverPro", "we") for software development, IT services or digital marketing, you agree to these terms together with your signed proposal or work order, which defines scope, timelines and fees.

2. Scope & Deliverables

Deliverables, milestones and revision counts are those stated in your written proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins — no surprise billing.

3. Payments

Projects are invoiced per the schedule in your proposal (typically an advance to commence and milestone payments thereafter). Recurring services (SEO, ads management, support) are billed monthly in advance. Delayed payments may pause work.

4. Client Responsibilities

Timely access to accounts, content, approvals and points of contact is required for on-schedule delivery. Delays in client inputs extend timelines correspondingly.

5. Intellectual Property

On full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created for you transfers to you. SolverPro retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, licensed to you for use within the deliverables.

6. Marketing Performance

Digital-marketing outcomes depend on platforms and markets we do not control. We commit to the documented process, transparent reporting and continuous optimisation; we do not guarantee specific rankings, costs per lead or revenue figures.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties keep non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement. NDAs are available on request.

8. Refunds & Cancellation

Either party may end a recurring service with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work already performed, media spend and third-party costs are non-refundable; unused advance beyond completed milestones is returned.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SolverPro's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim; neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction.
